Ceará + Sampa represent two places in Brazil. Jader is originally from the state of Ceará, and Vinicius is from São Paulo — often affectionately called ‘Sampa.’ Together, these two roots inspired the name CEARAMPA.
Was created from the desire to bring authentic Brazilian sausage into our lives here in London.
Our founders turned this strong motivation to create something truly good into a product with exceptional quality and a genuine homemade flavour.

Where Cearampa Sausages Are Made
At Cearampa, we are deeply committed to producing premium, homemade-style sausage with the highest standards of food safety, quality, and transparency. To achieve this, we operate our production at The Grove, a fully licensed and professionally equipped commercial kitchen space.
The Grove provides us with a fully outfitted, shared-use commercial kitchen, with dedicated equipment including a steam kettle, a burner range with oven, a 20-quart mixer, and a cutter mixer – all essential for the precise and consistent production of our sausages.
